Slimmin Suzie - Detox Wrap..what's the hype?

So you have heard everyone chatting about this new fad...body wraps. They all promise to help you detox, lose inches, clear skin of marks etc. So does it work??

I had the opportunity to try one out for free. Now mind you I was not paid to try them..product was just free in exchange for my opinion. The product I used was Slimmin Suzie Detox Body Wrap.

Before receiving the product, I received an email with the directions. For what ever reason..they are not included in the packaging. No problem as long as I have them I guess.
Upon receipt I followed the directions soaking the wraps (ace bandages) mixing the mud etc. First thing I thought was...the mud actually smells quite pleasant. This I was happy about considering you have to keep the mud on for an hour. Keep that in mind should you ever decide to give it a go! So I apply the mud to my belly...messy process!!!! Do not wear your Sunday best!! I wrap my belly in the bandages then I wrapped my belly in saran wrap as suggested to keep heat in. Then went about my business for an hour or so.
I was comfortable, did not bother me other than feeling wet for the whole time. At the end of the process time I removed the wrap. the mud became dusty and pretty much just wipes off. There was no change in skin appearance nor were there inches lost. Sorry people...but there wasn't. My skin however was very soft :)

So my thought is...if you need some skin softening therapy this is a go to product as lotion does not even make my skin that smooth and soft. But other than that...stick to exercise to tighten your skin!!!
